The annual price rate growth has been 9% at Rs. 5434 per square foot for Hyderabad, again the highest among the top cities.

Inventory overhang or the time needed for builders to sell their existing stock is 19 months for Hyderabad, the lowest among the top 8 cities in India! Unsold inventory is also the lowest in Hyderabad, clearly signifying its popularity among the top cities in India.

Aminpur: 

Located in the Patancheru Mandal of Sangareddy district, property prices at Aminpur have gone up the highest for the quarter April to June 2020 at 10%! The highest locality price is Rs. 4172 per sqft, and the lowest is Rs. 2408 per sqft.

Patancheru:

Prices of properties in Patancheru have gone up by 7% with an average price of Rs. 3130 per sqft for Q1 2020. This suburb is located in the North-Western End of Hyderabad. It is an industrial zone.

Chandanagar:

Located in the Ranga Reddy District of Hyderabad, there has been an appreciation of 5% in property prices for Q1, 2020. The average price per sqft is Rs. 4953.

Alwal:

Alwal has seen prices of property go up by 4% for the first quarter of 2020. The average price per sqft is Rs. 3914. It is located in Secundrabad, a suburb of Hyderabad.

Aditbatla:

Property prices in Adibatla have gone up by 3% for Q1, 2020. The average price per sqft is Rs. 2273. This, too, is located in the Ranga Reddy District of Hyderabad.

Bollaram:

Prices of real estate in Bollaram have fallen by 5% for the first quarter of this year. The average price per sqft is Rs. 3168. Bollaram is located in the Secundrabad district of Hyderabad.

Serilingampally:

Located in the North-Western part of Hyderabad, Serilingampally has witnessed the highest fall in property prices at 12% for the first quarter of 2020! The average price per sqft is Rs. 4342.

Toli Chowki:

Prices of real estate in this suburb of Hyderabad have fallen by 10%, and the average price per sqft is Rs. 3866 for Q1 2020. This is for the period from April to June 2020.

Mehdipatnam:

There has been a 9% fall in property prices for the first quarter of 2020 in Mehdipatnam, a major locality in the South Western part of Hyderabad. The average price per sqft is Rs. 4525.

Himayath Nagar: 

Property prices of Himayath Nagar have witnessed a fall of 7% for Q1 2020. The average price per sqft for this Mandal in Hyderabad is Rs. 6180.
