- The growing trend among the millennials for energy-efficient and sustainable homes is another driving factor that fuels the demand for smaller housing. With reduced water and energy consumption, the coming generation is making an effort to preserve resources and reduce the cost of living.
- With this shift towards an environment-friendly housing trend, the upcoming housing projects focus on meeting such requirements with amenities such as solar panels, high efficient lighting, etc.
