Director, Aparna Constructions, For Property Times
The Lockdown due to the Corona Virus Pandemic helped people to be safe but has taken a huge toll on the economy and business sectors. Although the Real Estate Sector did not take a huge hit, the extended lockdown caused many troubles. However, the recent policies by the Government have put the situation at ease by allowing work at construction sites to partially resume. Our Director, Mr. Rakesh Reddy talks about how Aparna Group is making the most of this opportunity to regain the momentum and overcome the pandemic with The Property Times.
- Aparna Constructions has resumed construction activities in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka, observing social distancing and other measures to ensure the safety of workers at the sites. The working shifts have been divided into three segments to avoid large crowds and gatherings.
- Moreover, the workers are being provided with all the necessities, and their health is being closely monitored. If any worker is diagnosed with any kind of fever, they are provided with the medical help; and are being sent to the hospital immediately by ambulance.
- Aparna Constructions also has taken the initiative to educate the housekeeping and the staff about the precautionary measures that must be taken to avoid the spread of this disease, and gives a constant reminder about the same via announcements and recorded messages.
If the sector continues to recover at this rate, it will regain its momentum in the next 3 to 4 months. To read the full article, click the link below.
